The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was well-kept, and having a Starbucks on-site was convenient. The shuttle service to the parks was a great amenity. The pools were a fantastic place to relax, with comfy sun loungers and a pool bar. Exploring nearby landmarks like Universal Studios Florida and Titanic The Artifact Exhibition added to our family bonding experience. The hotel's amenities and location truly enhanced our stay and relaxation, creating memorable moments for our family.

The pool area was amazing and the location was great and stunning, really close to cafeteria, the parks and Volcano bay, and Universal and/or Sea World with younger children. Besides, it was 45 mins walk from Hammerhead Beach👌

Twilight views and serene vibes. Early park access brought a child-like thrill, witnessing VelociCoaster's roar before the crowds. The suite's coastal charm and fitness perks were top-notch. Snagging breakfast to beat the lines felt clever. A cheeky nod to my Irish roots: even the leprechauns would approve! I tip my hat to the free shuttles—slyly dodging those theme park lines like a seasoned pro.

The a double room was bright, had awesome views. It was a marvellous and stunning location adjacent to all the attractions & restaurants on International Drive and the theme park and early admission. It also was straight to the universal parks.

I loved being there, the place is popular and perfect.

The staff were courteous and nice hole time of my stay. The double room was very specious with 3 queen beds. A refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe were appreciated. The service was excellent, the food was reasonably priced.

The double room was new-fashioned. I had super bed, a refrigerator, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was marvellous, very close to Wet n Wild Orlando.

The pools, shuttle service, and nearby Walgreens were super convenient, and the Starbucks inside was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the pool, and the food court offered excellent Chicken and Waffles. The staff's professionalism and customer service skills were mind-blowing!

The views across the lake and towards Volcano Bay were breathtaking, especially when enjoyed from the pool area. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot for unwinding after a day at the theme parks. The staff at Pier 8 Market were incredibly accommodating, even whipping up a special dish for me when I mentioned my dietary restrictions. It's those little touches that make all the difference in a hotel stay.

My check-in experience was less than ideal, with the late arrival causing a mix-up with my reservation.

Its location is MAGNIFICENT & favourable, near parks, also and Bus stop. It's not too far away from Ihop, spent evening there.

Efficient staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was good, for example, Extreme Dinosaurs was at a medium distance from the hotel. Supermarkets and retailers were right next door.

The location couldn't be more great and fantastic very close to shops and restaurants. And it was relatively near Espetos Steakhouse, ate there couple of times.

Dive into the finger-lickin' goodness at the on-site market restaurant where vegan options steal the show. Plus, breeze through queues with buses whisking you to the parks in a jiffy. The resort's pristine pool and clean-as-a-whistle facilities are the cherry on top.

Okay, so the room layout might play hide-and-seek with practicality, but who doesn't love a little room mystery? And as for breakfast—variety galore, though a dash more flavor wouldn't hurt.

It has magnificent and stunning location to everything we were doing. The double room is bright and huge.
